We teach people how to communicate. What do you say to a person that wants to be “told what to do” and be consistent as a level 2 “I think” employee. We practice scenarios and three strategies that can be implemented immediately. You must teach HOW in the room so people are confident and comfortable with sharing the idea with others.

We will define trust. You can disagree with your team and still trust them. We will practice dissenting (HOW to share opinions and create a safe environment to do so) and the value of seeing what other people see. Everyone in the room has a responsibility and we will talk about the roles and what each person can do so others express their ideas and opinions. Communication is a key piece for success. The ladder of leadership and the scenarios we present to the group are going to be actionable, they have to be if you want to see change in the environment.
